Payflow® ACH Payment Service Enrollment

The Payflow ACH Payment Service allows you to save money on processing fees while offering your customers an alternative to credit card payments. To enroll for the service, complete and submit the application form during your initial PayPal Payment Services registration or after you have opened your Payflow account.

Your pricing plan and ACH daily debit and credit processing limit is based on the information submitted in your application and your eligibility is subject to the underwriting of this application. PayPal places a high value on your privacy and will only use the information for internal risk assessment purposes. PayPal will not disclose this information unless required to do so by law or as necessary to investigate or prevent fraud.

Once you have completed the online application form, you will receive an email from us confirming that your current Payflow account has been set up to include a test account for ACH payment processing.  Within two days of receiving your submitted signed application form and requested documentation, you will receive an email detailing your eligibility status and pricing plan.

If you chose not to apply for the Payflow ACH Payment Service, these application pages do not appear during PayPal Payment Services registration. However, you can apply later from your Payflow account.

6. Print and sign the completed Payflow ACH Payment Service application.

7. Fax the form to PayPal at 1-650-237-8886 with the following items:

• A copy of both sides of both principal officers' driver's licenses

• A copy of a voided check from your business bank account

• Copies of your three most recent monthly bank statements
