PayPal Partner Manager is a web-based reseller management tool that enables you to register, monitor, and manage your merchants and their PayPal Payflow accounts. When you log into Partner Manager, the Home page appears. Here, you can view your daily business activity, access account-related communication from PayPal, verify the status of the Payflow account, and purchase additional services for the merchant.
The Home page contains the following sections:
Business Activity Center. Track the number of activated, cancelled, or live merchants for the current month. For more information, refer to Business Activity Center.
What Would You Like To Do? Lists commonly performed tasks. Click on a task you would like to perform. For additional information about that task, click Help on that page.
Partner Resource Center. Access documentation and customer support information for Partner Manager.
Alerts. Access alert notifications from PayPal. For more information, refer to Alerts.
Message Center. Access marketing communication from PayPal. For more information, refer to Message Center.
My Service Offering. Lists services you can offer your merchants.
The top right side of the Home page (as well as all other Partner Manager pages) offers access to the following:
Documentation. You can download user's guides and other written materials that are available in Adobe PDF format. This means that you can view the documents on the screen, or print them out using Adobe Acrobat Reader. To get a free copy of Acrobat Reader or to upgrade to version 7.0, click the Acrobat Reader icon.
