The Alert section on the Partner Manager Home page enable you to track important communication from PayPal regarding your Payflow account.
This section stores alert notifications issued by PayPal regarding your Payflow account. These alerts contain important notifications that require you to act upon, such as:
Membership renewal
Customer support communication
When PayPal first issues these alerts, they appear in the Alerts section on the Home page. This section will not appear if you do not have any alerts.
In the Alerts section:
Click on an alert message to view the details.
A maximum of three alerts are displayed. If you have more alerts, an "unread messages" link appears on the right side below the third message. Click on that link to view the unread messages.
You cannot delete these alerts, they are deleted automatically after six months.
