This page lists all the reports that are available for subscription. It shows which reports you are currently subscribed to, and enables you to modify your settings. You can also subscribe to unsubscribed reports, and vice versa. By subscribing to a report, you schedule it to generate automatically on a daily basis.
To subscribe to a report or to change your subscription settings, perform the following step for the report of your choice:
The Version drop-down menu displays the report version that you are currently subscribed to and the latest version of the report that PayPal offers. (If you already have the latest version, the drop-down will display that version only.) Select your current version or upgrade to the latest one. Once you upgrade, you cannot revert back to an older version.
Click "Manual" to view the documentation for the reports.
For Delivery Method, the reports will be available for download on the Scheduled reports page (Web) or you can receive the reports via sFTP (Secure FTP server).
To receive the reports via sFTP, select the checkboxes next to Secure FTP Server for the appropriate reports. You will receive the selected reports via sFTP now. For more information about Secure FTP server, refer to Accessing Reports Using Secure FTP Server
The Channel Merchant Report and Merchant Referral Bonus report are available only through the web, and not via the sFTP server. Contact your PayPal account manager to subscribe to receive Channel Merchant Report and Merchant Referral Bonus Report via web. You can subscribe to all other reports using these instructions or by contacting your account manager.
To stop receiving reports via sFTP, de-select the checkboxes next to Secure FTP Server for the appropriate reports. You will stop receiving reports via sFTP server after you change this setting. However, you will still have access to existing reports that were delivered via sFTP before you disabled the delivery.
In the File Type drop-down menu, specify the format you want to download the report in. You have the following options:
CSV - Opens or saves the report in a comma-separated values (.CSV) file format, where data is separated by the comma character and records/rows are separated by new lines.
TAB - Opens or saves report in .TAB format, where data is separated by a tab.
From the Status drop-down menu, select one of the following options:
Subscribe - Receive daily reports at 9 AM PST.
Unsubscribe - Stop receiving daily reports.
Channel merchant report, Merchant referral bonus report, and Promotional financing report are monthly reports. They are available on the 3rd of each month. For example, the Channel merchant report for November 2008 will be available on December 3rd, 2008.
Contact your PayPal account manager to subscribe to receive Channel merchant report, Merchant referral bonus report via web, and Promotional financing report via web and/or sFTP . You cannot subscribe to them using this page.
Click Save Subscription Settings.
