Search for transaction(s) by customer name, business name, eBay user ID, item name, or item number. Here, you can narrow your search by selecting options such as date range, transaction amount, etc. With these search parameters you can find the exact information you want faster, enabling you to respond to your customers more efficiently.
Enter the following information in the fields provided to narrow down your search for specific transactions:
Enter Search keyword(s) such as customer name, business name, eBay ID, item name, or item number.
From the Date Range drop-down menu, select a start and end date for your search. Specify a maximum date range of 90 days.
Select a Transaction type from the drop-down menu. To include transactions that were not successful, click the corresponding checkbox.
Click "filter your results" to increase or decrease the search criteria. If you increase the criteria, you can input additional information to narrow down your search results. Otherwise, click Search.
From the Currency drop-down menu, make the appropriate selection to view transactions for all currencies or for a specific one.
Specify a minimum and maximum Transaction Amount to search for transactions within that range. If you know the exact amount, enter it in the Minimum field.
Enter the credit card number used for the transactions.
Click Search to generate a report.
The report displays the transactions that fit the date range and currency criteria you selected. You can click Print to print the report, or download the report in the following formats:
PDF - Opens or saves report as Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
Excel - Opens or saves report in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (.xls format).
CSV - Opens or saves the report in a comma-separated values (CSV) file format, where data is separated by the comma character and records/rows are separated by new lines.
TAB - Opens or saves report in .TAB format, where data is separated by a tab.
