Monthly Financial Summary Report

This report provides a line-item view of your PayPal transactions for a specified period. It is designed to be a monthly statement of your PayPal account balance and the various transaction activities that reconcile your starting and ending balance. Here, you can look at a summary of your financial activity and then drill down into a specific category, such as customer payments, PayPal fees, business expenses, bank transfers, and more. Pre-sorted data, precise revenue, and expense categories make it easier than ever to reconcile your accounts.

The Monthly Financial Summary reports only balance-affecting transactions that debited or credited your PayPal account balance, and does not include any pending transactions such as authorizations not captured, pending e-checks, or unresolved disputes.

Each line-item (for example, Payments Received or Refunds) is presented as an aggregate amount. You can drill-down to track individual transactions. For example, you can click "Refunds" to see all of the refunded transactions in a month.

This report cannot be viewed for the current date. You can select previous months (the previous 16 months are available) or select a 31-day custom date range.
