This is a specialized report that enables you to generate data based on your specific needs. You can select the date range, type and status of transactions, data fields, and the download format of the report. For example, you can generate a report in .CSV format that lists all settled recurring billing transactions for last week.
You can either run this customized report on a one-time basis (like any other report), or schedule it to generate automatically on a recurring basis at a frequency of your choice (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly). You can set up to five such scheduled reports, and download five reports per scheduled report.
Perform the following steps to generate a report:
From the Date range drop-down menu, select a range you want to retrieve transaction information from. You have the following options:
Last download to present - Retrieves transaction data from your last download to today. Your last downloaded date is published above the drop-down menu.
This date is displayed only if you have downloaded reports in the last three months.
This Week (Mon - Today) - Retrieves transaction data from Monday of the current week to the current date.
Last Week (Mon - Sun) - Retrieves transaction data from Monday to Sunday of the previous week.

Select the fields you want to display data for in the report. For description of these fields, refer to Custom Report Fields
The Available Columns box lists all the possible data fields or data points that you can select, and the Selected Columns box displays all the fields you have selected to display in the report. Some fields are pre-selected and included in the Selected Columns box by default, and they cannot be removed from that box.
To add a field to a report, select that field name from the Available Columns section, and move it to the Selected Columns section by clicking on Add >>. For example, if you want to see the "Transaction Event Code" and "Date" in your report, then in the Available Columns box, select "Transaction Event Code", press the Ctrl key and select "Date". Next, click Add >> to transfer the two selected fields to the Selected Columns box. If you want to select all the options from the Available Columns box, select the first field, scroll down to the last field and press the Shift key while clicking on the last option. When all the options are selected, click Add >> to transfer all the options to the Selected Columns box.
To remove fields from the Selected Columns box, select the field (or use the Ctrl button to select multiple fields) and click Remove << to move the fields to the Available Columns box.
To customize the arrangement of fields displayed in your report, select a field in the Selected Columns box and click Move Up or Move Down. The report will display fields as per the order set in the Selected Columns box.
If you want to display all transactions declined by risk controls, select the corresponding check box.
Choose the format in which you want to download the report. You have the following options:
CSV - Opens or saves the report in a comma-separated values (.CSV) file format, where data is separated by the comma character and records/rows are separated by new lines.
TAB - Opens or saves report in .TAB format, where data fields are separated from one another using a tab spacing.
You can choose to generate this report on a regular basis (using the selections you made for this report) or run it one a one-time basis:
Yes. I want to create a scheduled report - Set a schedule to automatically generate a report on a recurring basis using the selections used in this report, such as transaction status and type, data points, and file format. You can create up to five scheduled reports, and for each scheduled report, you can download five of most recently delivered reports. The downloaded file will be in the following format: CSR001-<DD><MMM><YYYY>-HHMM.<format>. For example - CSR001-12JAN2009-1218.CSV or CSR001-12JAN2009-1218.TAB.
For this option, specify the following:
Report name - Specify a name for the scheduled report. This name will appear on the Scheduled reports page. Use the following criteria to specify a name:
Spaces are allowed, but not in the first or last position
Up to 64 alphanumeric characters
No special characters (for example !, #, &)
Do not reuse the name of an existing active scheduled report.
Frequency - Select how often you want to generate this report. Based on these settings, you can access the report on the Scheduled reports page.
Daily - Generated on a daily basis and available to you at 9 AM PST.
Weekly - Generated on a weekly basis. The start date for the weekly report is Monday, and the end day is Sunday. For example, if you schedule a weekly report on July 30th, 2008, then you will receive the first weekly report on the following Monday, August 4th, 2008 at 9 AM PST. That weekly report will contain data from Monday, July 28th through Sunday, August 3rd, 2008.
Monthly - Generated on a monthly basis. The start date for the monthly report is the first day of the month, and the end day is the last day of that month. If you schedule a monthly report in the middle of the month, for example, on November 15th, 2008, then the report will be available by December 1st, 2008 and will contain data for the full month of November (November 1st - November 30th).
Quarterly - Generated on a quarterly basis. The start date for the quarterly report is the first calendar date of every quarter. For example, if you schedule a quarterly report on April 1st, 2008, then the data range considered for the report is January 1st through March 31st, 2008. This is applicable even if the scheduled report is created in the middle of the quarter. For example, if you create a new quarterly scheduled report on February 15th, 2008, then the first report will be generated on April 1st, 2008 and the date range will be January 1st through March 31st, 2008. The file name for this report will say March 31st.
The dates for the quarters are as following:
First quarter - January 1st - March 31st
Second quarter - April 1st - June 30th
Third quarter - July 1st - September 30th
Fourth quarter - October 1st - December 31st
