This page displays the transactions that appears in the settlement report you generated.
If you want to download your search results, select from the following options below and click Go:
ASCII Text. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format. This option does not include any headings, thereby enabling you to import the data to a spreadsheet or to an accounting or reconciliation application.
ASCII Text with Headings. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format, with headings.
A pop-up box appears, it offers you an option to either open or save the result text in the format you selected.

Transaction ID |
Unique identifier that PayPal assigns to the transaction. Click the Transaction ID link to view the Transaction Details page. You can also use this value to search for transactions. |

Transaction time stamp. |

Transaction Type |
Transaction type and code indicating the type of transaction performed. For more information, refer to Transaction Types. This report only shows Sales (S) and Delayed Capture (D/C) transaction. |

Card Type |
Type of credit care, determined by credit card number entered. |

Account Number |
Credit card number. |
|
Expiration Date |
Expiration date of the credit card. |

Amount |
Transaction amount. |

Result |
Numeric code describing the transaction results. For more information, refer to Transaction Result Codes. |

Response Message |
Message describing the transaction results. For more information, refer to Transaction Result Codes. |

Comments 1 and 2 |
Text describing about the transaction. For example, you can enter order tracking information like order ID or confirmation number. The comments are saved with the transaction data and appear in PayPal Manager reports. |

Batch ID |
Settlement batch number. For most processors, 0 means the transaction has not been settled. Any number above 0 means the transactio0n has been settled. (Note: For Vital, 6 means the transaction is not settled, and 8 means it has settled). Deposits take 2-5 days. |
