When you forget your login password, you have to contact PayPal Customer Support to change it. Refer to Logging In for more information.
The Change Password page appears when you log in to PayPal Manager for the first time using the temporary password provided by support. Use this page to change your temporary password.
To change your password, enter information for the following fields:
Old Password. Enter the password support provided.
New Password. Enter a new password for PayPal Manager and Payflow. For more information about passwords, refer to Password Guidelines.
Confirm Password. Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
Click Change to set your new password. You are logged into PayPal Manager. Be sure to use the your new password the next time you log into PayPal Manager or perform Payflow transactions.
