Modify Bad Account List page enables you to create a list of known bad accounts (credit card numbers). The filter compares customer’s account number against the list you create here. Any transaction that is an exact match with an entry here triggers the filter.
Enter a credit card number and click Add to enter it in the bad account list.
Be sure to type the credit card numbers accurately. Enter only numerals in the credit card number list—no spaces or dashes.
Click Save to save your modified list. All changes to the list are effective immediately. You can verify the change on the Manage List of Standard Filters page.
