Multiple Void Transactions

To void multiple transactions, perform the following steps:

1. Click the radio box for each transaction that you want to void (up to 100 transactions). For any selected transaction, you can add a Comment for capturing that transaction. You can also click the Transaction ID to view details about the transaction. For details on various categories, refer to Transaction Details.

2. Click Void. Transaction Results page appears. Take note of the new transaction IDs issued for the credit transactions.
