Reset Password

Reset Password page enables you to reset the merchant's PayPal Manager login password. Once you reset the password here, communicate the new temporary password to the merchant. The merchant uses the temporary password to access PayPal Manager, and then has the opportunity to change it using PayPal Manager.

Resetting Password

1. Verify the company name and login name to ensure you are resetting the password for the correct merchant.

2. For Reset Password, enter a temporary password.

3. For Confirm Password, re-enter the temporary password.

4. Click Reset Password.
