Logging in to Partner Manager

1. Access Partner Manager at https://partnermanager.paypal.com.

2. Enter your Partner Name (it was provided to you by Channel Sales or Customer Support).

3. Enter the User Login, if used. Partner Manager allows an administrator to assign a user login to each individual who has access to Partner Manager. If no users have been created, leave the field blank. Also, if you are logging in as an administrator for the first time, this field will be blank.

4. Enter the Password that you chose during registration or that was provided to you by your Partner Relations Manager or Account Manager.

5. Click Login.

• To enhance security, you are automatically logged out of Partner Manager after an extended period of inactivity.

If you do not know your Partner Name or Password

The primary contact person should call 1-888-883-9770 or send email to payflow-support@paypal.com. PayPal securely sends the information to the primary or secondary contact person listed in our database for your Partner Manager account.
