Cancel Services page enables you to cancel your merchant's account or add-on services.
Any cancellation request that is not received within five business days prior to the close of a month may generate charges that will show up in the next month's billing cycle. Be sure that your cancellation request is submitted before this time frame to ensure that no further charges are accrued.
Once the account with services is cancelled, all processing of transactions will cease and access to PayPal Manager will no longer be available to your customer.

Perform the following steps to cancel a merchant's account or add-on services:
Under Merchant's Information, ensure that you are cancelling account or services for the correct merchant.
Under Select Account or Add-on Services to Cancel, select if you want to cancel Entire Account, including all add-on services, or Add-on Services only.
If you select Add-on Services only, then select services to cancel from the merchant's account by clicking on the appropriate radio box.
To indicate the reason for cancellation request, select the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.
Click Submit.
