Perform Transaction Step 1 page enables you to manually submit different types of single transactions.
Only administrators can perform transactions. If you do not have administrator privileges, you will not see this page.
To access the Perform Transaction Step 1 page, navigate to Virtual Terminal -> Single Transaction.
Select a Tender Type from the drop down menu. Depending on your setup, you may have the following options:
Enables you to manually perform a single Void, Delay Capture, Credit, Sale, Authorization, or Voice Authorization transaction. Instructions on performing a single Credit Card transaction.
Enables you to manually perform a single Delayed Capture, Void, and Credit transaction.
Instructions on performing a single PayPal Express Checkout transaction.
