Retrieve Reports page enables you to retrieve generated reports. It displays two types of reports you can retrieve:
Scheduled Reports. Displays reports that you scheduled to run on the Manage Templates and Schedules page. Here, scheduled reports are categorized by their frequency (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Non-Scheduled Report. Displays reports that you have generated. You can also view reports that did not display data immediately. (If a report contains a lot of data and takes some time to generate, then you get the following alert: "Report is being executed. Please retrieve the report after some time". You can view these reports in this section.) This section does not include reports you have scheduled to run.
To access the Retrieve Reports page, navigate to Reports -> Retrieve Reports. It displays Live and Test reports in separate sections.
This page displays the following information:
Associated Template. Name of template.
Report Type. Displays the type of report, such as Daily Activity Report, or Shipping and Billing Report.
Schedule. Displays the frequency of the scheduled report. For non-scheduled reports, it will display N/A.
Last Run. Displays when the report was run last.
Action. Enables you to view the report results. If the report is not ready, it will say "Report is executing". The report is still generating, and will be available at a later time.
