This page displays the transactions that appears in the recurring billing report you generated.
If you want to download your search results, select from the following options below and click Go:
ASCII Text. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format. This option does not include any headings, thereby enabling you to import the data to a spreadsheet or to an accounting or reconciliation application.
ASCII Text with Headings. Enables you to download the results in ASCII text format, with headings.
A pop-up box appears, it offers you an option to either open or save the result text in the format you selected.

A 12-character string (generated by PayPal) that uniquely identifies a recurring billing profile. Test profile IDs start with the characters RT and live profile IDs with RP. Click on the Profile ID for more information about the profile. |

State of the profile, such as Active. |

Payment Number |
Number of recurring payments for the profile. |

Retry Number |
Number of attempts made to bill the profile. |

Transaction Time |
Date and time of the transaction. |

Retry Reason |
Reason for attempts made to bill the profile. |

Transaction ID |
Unique identifier that PayPal assigns to the transaction. Click the Transaction ID link to view the Transaction Detail page. You can also use this value to search for transactions. |

Result Code |
Numeric code describing transaction results. For more information, refer to Transaction Result Codes. |

Retry Action |
When appropriate, enables you to retry if payment failed. |
