PayPal Manager enables administrators to configure their Payflow service as well as additional services. Use this page to view or manage the following services:
Payflow Link. View and modify your Payflow Link configuration. (Available to Payflow Link customers only.)
Payflow Pro. Set up and manage IP settings to restrict transaction activity to authorized computers. (Available to Payflow Pro customers only).
Fraud Protection. Configure and manage your fraud filters and lists. (Available only if you have purchased the Fraud Protection Services.)
Recurring Billing. Set up and manage your recurring billing settings. (Available only if you have purchased the Recurring Billing Service.)
Only administrators can perform transactions. Accordingly, if you do not have administrator privileges, you will not see this page.
