Same Day Payments cannot be cancelled.

If you select the balance in your account with PayPal when setting up your payment information, you will also need to select a checking (or savings) account that you have added to your account with PayPal as the back up payment method. If, when PayPal seeks to deduct the amount of your payment from the balance in your account with PayPal, your balance does not contain sufficient amounts to fund your payment, PayPal will deduct the full amount of your payment from the checking (or savings) account you have selected as the backup payment method. PayPal will deduct the amount of your payment from your account with PayPal or the checking (or savings) account you have selected on the date you selected. You may cancel your payment at any time before 3 p.m. (ET) on the payment date you selected by canceling the payment within the PayPal app, on paypal.com, or by calling 855-938-3684.
