To activate your account, you must have an active Internet merchant account and your merchant account information on hand to complete the activation process.
Before you activate your Payflow account, make sure that you have successfully run test transactions to make sure that your account is set up properly. Refer to the Getting Started with PayPal Manager guide for detailed information on testing your account in Test status. The guide is available on the Documentation page.
If you have applied for an internet merchant account through Merchant e-Solutions, PayPal will notify you when we receive your information, at which point you can activate your Payflow account.
When you are ready to activate your Payflow account and process live financial transactions, click Activate Your Account in the Your Account Status section of the PayPal Manager Home page. Active accounts perform Live transactions.
